Dinner, 4/2/15: Lamb Curry with Potatoes; Diced Courgettes


Geoff cooked tonight, using the leftover roast lamb for a lamb curry with potatoes (well, technically I cooked the rice and courgettes, but he did the hard parts).  This was a sort of hybrid of several recipes and his own knowledge of curry, and it was very tasty. The second best thing about him doing the cooking is opening the front door to the great smell!
