Such a busy weekend, I didn't even realise until Sunday evening that I hadn't really got anything for dinner Monday or Tuesday. Luckily, there was enough chicken leftover from Sunday's meal to make another meal, but the other day - today - needed sorting. Some pork steaks from the freezer, a couple of tins of oriental vegetables, a few slightly sorry looking courgettes and some soba noodles, slung together with some teriyaki marinade/sauce and hey presto - dinner!
