January Dinner Round Up



Here's the roundup of what we ate for dinner in January. 
  • 9 vegetarian meals
  • 1 takeaway
  • 4 nights (all Thursdays) when we didn't eat together due to scheduling conflicts
  • leftovers twice (or three times, if you count the planned second night of the shepherd's pie)
  • 7 new recipes (of which there was only one I probably wouldn't cook again - the baked country chicken on the 16th - it was fine, but probably not exciting enough to bother with the effort of the overnight marinating)

  • 18th: Macaroni Cheese & Salad

  • 13th: Pasta with green and parma ham breadcrumbs
