Dinner, 19/5/19: Goat Cheese & Pesto Canneloni


The pesto used here was made from carrot top, following (more or less) a recipe in the veggie box.  It worked pretty well, though I won't run out and replace all my pesto with carrot top pesto. Still, it's a good way to use up the carrot tops, rather than throw them away. Otherwise, the recipe is one we've made a number of times before, and will no doubt make again.
