Dinner, 7/5/19: Courgette & Rice Filo Pie

This was from Hugh Fearnley-Wittingstall's book Veg, which I generally like. We did like the idea of this, and the taste, but it took a lot longer for the rice to cook than in the recipe, which was annoying & frustrating.
