Dinner, 28/5/19: Caramelised Onion and Cheshire Cheese Tart


I had a lot of onions in the house, so I decided to make this onion tart. It was good, but there was a lot of effort in peeling and slicing so many onions, and I'm not sure it was good enough to bother with again.  I'd happily eat it if someone else made it,  but probably won't make it again.
