Dinner, 5/5/19: Duck Breast, New Potatoes, Carrots, Caramelised Turnips


The star of this meal was really the caramelised turnips (though it was all good) - never cooked turnips this way before (never cooked them much at all, mind you). This was from the Riverford Veg Company's own cookbook and it was a lovely way to show off the turnip flavour. Definitely would do it again!
