My mother had beef burger sliders, but Liv and I had some veggie burgers (Liv without the bread). Liv made herself some gluten free pasta as well, but Mom and I made up another of the many macaroni and cheese variation kits she still has in the house, to try to use them up rather than waste them. There is quite a bit leftover, so I'll have to think of something creative to do, later in the week. We also had salad, which isn't pictured. Mom isn't a huge vegetable fan, and frankly, it's challenging to cook here, with only a couple of pans, so we're mostly eating salad for our veggies. And eating loads of crudites, and plenty of fruit...
