Got back into the kitchen tonight - there's not much food (as we are leaving soon) or much cooking equipment (because Mom hasn't really cooked in years) but wanted to use up some of the things which are there, so did some sauteed potatoes and a bit of chicken breast. Preparing for lots of days of eating out/on the road, possibly with not a lot of choice. Ah, the joys of moving!
