Ledo's is a Maryland institution. Because I am significantly older than dirt, I remember when Ledo's was one restaurant (the original Adelphi one) with pizza also served at the Fireside Restaurant in College Park. Apparently, there are now nearly 100 franchises, so we didn't head down to Adelphi, but instead went to one just down the road from here (Fulton, MD). I am pleased to say, the pizza was just as awesome as one would hope. With all that pizza for lunch (we ate about half of it, saving the other half for lunch tomorrow), we just nibbled whatever was around the house for dinner...
