Today we spent a lot of time doing errands in preparation for the larger painting and other DIY tasks in the house, but also, the a/c hasn't been working properly, so it was really hot in the house - ok, not as hot as outside the house, but still, way too hot to want to add any heat to it by cooking anything. So we grabbed brunch/lunch out at First Watch and then went to Pasta Plus (which is an excellent local Italian place) for dinner. Luckily, the guy came out to fix the air conditioning, so by the time we got back from dinner, it was reasonably cool. Yay!
