Today we went to lunch with (or rather, at the house of) a friend of Mom's who hasn't been well lately and is still mostly housebound after an operation. We grabbed some lunch at Panera Bread on the way, and took it to her house to eat. I had this veggie sandwich on ciabatta - you can't see all the nice roasted veggies in there, but there were!
