Apr 1st: Chinese Ketchup Spare Ribs, Pak Choi and rice

Tasting notes: we've made this before; it's a nice way to have ribs. The cookbook is actually Sarah's - it's aimed at teenagers, etc, but the recipes aren't stupid. We didn't barbecue, as it's not quite that warm yet...
