July 1st: White Chili

notes:  I used 3 small green chilis and no dried red chilis for this - otherwise, no changes to the recipe.  It was only a little spicy - enough to taste without having a serious kick. Our family can probably take it a little hotter, but honestly, no need to, the flavour was lovely this way.  Served with crusty bread.
