Back home, in my own kitchen, so back to actual cooking - something easy to start the month off - wasn't sure how tired I'd be today after arriving home yesterday morning from the US, so when I did our shopping online, I ordered something I knew I could cook without having to think much about it. I had gravy in the freezer, so I didn't even have to make that. Hoorah!
