Dinner, 3/9/13: Roast Vegetable Moussaka with Feta


Following on with the eating-lots-of-vegetables theme: more vegetables. This is a moussaka-like dish, but the topping is different; less eggy. It has yogurt, crumbled feta and a single egg in it.  Makes a nice contrast to the roasted vegetables. Very tasty.
