Not sure why this is called Golden Veggie Shepherd's Pie, as it's not particularly golden (I guess the cheesy topping turns it a little golden) - but we like it and it makes a nice dinner for those slightly chilly nights. It's mainly lentils, carrots, celery in the filling (and usually mushrooms, but I forgot to buy them today, much to the children's pleasure - well, two out of three children, anyway). It was still tasty, though.
