Dinner, 25/10/13: Honey and Soy Salmon, Wild & Red Rice, Roast Beetroot


The salmon is very dark because of the soy marinade - but it was yummy. And the fresh roasted beetroot was a gift from a friend with an over-productive allotment - hoorah, allotments (as long as I don't have to work in them myself...)!
