A spicy meal, as Sarah was out for the evening - she doesn't mind some spicy food, but the really spicy stuff isn't her thing, so we try to save it for when she's not around. Both the jerk marinade and the crunchy not-coleslaw (no mayo) are from Ainsley Harriot.
