Dinner, 16/2/14: Lamb Saag (Lamb Curry with Spinach)

A Hairy Bikers recipe - this was gorgeous, melt-in-the-mouth stuff. I took advantage of a not-too-busy day on the weekend to cook something which needed several hours in the oven, and it was worth it. We'll definitely make this again.
