Dinner, 20/9/19: Spanakopita, Cucumber Salad


Spanakopita (Greek spinach pie) is a regular feature in our house, but this time, we added a few other things to the filling, inspired by a Thomasina Miers recipe. I put in some leeks and also, we had a bit of Swiss chard hanging around. And I added some spinach as well - verdict:  definitely worth doing as the texture was really improved over spinach alone. Yum.
