July 18th: Sausages baked with Puy Lentils

notes: I thought until the very end that this was going to have too much liquid in it; as it was, it was ok, but I did cook it for about 10 minutes longer than suggested for various reasons. We all liked the taste, though. And it was very simple, although it cooks for quite a while, so you need to remember to start early enough!
