This was just a salad with stuff we like (chicken, bacon, avocado, artichokes, feta cheese, olives) and stuff which wanted using (tomato, salad leaves) and well, general salad stuff (more lettuce, cucumber). I dressed it with a dressing made from half a bottle of balsamic vinagrette, some Dijon mustard and a bit of honey. We ate it with crusty bread (outside, on the patio, in the last of the sun!); it was gorgeous.
