July 6th: Stir fried minced beef with chili, roasted rice and lemongrass, rolled in lettuce leaves

notes: this was stunning. Again, I adjusted the chilis and used two medium green ones rather than the bird's eye chilis, but the rest of the spicing I kept. I did increase the amount of the recipe to feed us all, but that was it, really. The roasted rice added a great bit of texture. Definitely a keeper.
