(and courgettes). The recipe I clipped actually used quorn mince, which isn't something we eat in our house (as we aren't vegetarians, we don't need to use a mince substitute - if we want vegetarian food, which we do eat a lot, it just doesn't use mince or other meat-type ingredients), but this worked fine with other mince (beef, as it happened, as that was what I had - perhaps lamb would be more authentic...). Anyway, the basic flavour here was good, but I thought it needed to be a bit spicier. Next time, I would add some harissa paste (we added a little at the table) while cooking, or put in a chili or two.
