Not so much a recipe as a what-do-I-have-which-wants-using assembly job. A pack of ready-made meatballs from the freezer, some leftover shredded mozzarella, half a jar of red pesto... added to a bag of spelt pasta, a tin of tomatoes and a bag of spinach, wilted.
