Dinner, 12/2/20; Ravioli with Artichoke sauce
These ravioli were from the farmers' market, two different types (one with roasted beetroot, hence the red). I made a sauce with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and artichokes. Yum. Plus we had a big salad.
