Dinner, 2/2/13: Spiced Lamb Tagine


A slow cooker recipe (from the Book Slow Cooker by Sara Lewis), using lamb mince and vegetables (the green veg only go in right at the end). This was lovely and made loads (I doubled the recipe to have leftovers, but even so, there's more than expected) so we will have it again on Monday, which is a night which demands something versatile for dinner, as everyone has to be places at different times...
