Dinner, 13/4/13: Chicken, Ham and Leek Pie

This is a Hairy Bikers' Recipe - I do love their pie book - all the pies I've cooked from it have been excellent. I think I've made this one before (yep, just checked the blog) - but that's no reason not to make it again!
