The one dessert I get begged for repeatedly from the start of strawberry season until the bitter end. I always make it once, sometimes more. It's not hard! Also called Strawberry Glace Pie... And I have a feeling my mother's cookbook when I was growing up called it Strawberry Triumph Pie but perhaps that was something else...
