Here's something we had recently (when Sarah cooked it) and really enjoyed - I needed a dish to take to a pot-luck dinner at a friends, and the kids needed something to eat while I was out, so I made double of this (made the dough in my bread machine, using my normal pizza dough recipe) - did the trick brilliantly.
