Took advantage of Sarah and Olivia both not being around for dinner to have some nice fish - neither of the girls is crazy about fish, so it seems a shame to spend a lot of money on it when they are here. They'll eat salmon, and they'll eat fish if I insist, but it's so expensive it hardly seems worth insisting. In the end, Olivia was home, but she had some potatoes and carrots and then ate her leftovers from lunch.
