Dinner, 26/7/16: Potato, Spinach and Taleggio tart (Good Food magazine)


Made this with a different cheese (no Taleggio in the supermarket I went to), and it was nice, but it's better with Taleggio, as the cheese I chose had quite a mild flavour, which didn't really show up in the tart. This one uses a bread dough rather than a pastry , so it's quite filling and also takes a bit longer to make (not such an issue in the summer).
