Dinner, 22/7/16: Sweet Potato Frittata with Jalapenos and Dill (Good Food Magazine)


Alex and I liked this but Geoff and Sarah, not so much (Geoff thought it was too sweet, Sarah thought it had mushrooms in it, and was too spicy). I didn't even try it on Olivia (she was out) as it had eggs, mushrooms and peppers. I have other frittata recipes, so I guess we'll use those instead (but not when Olivia is home for dinner).
