Dinner, 2/5/18: Chorizo and Chickpeas braised in cider (John Whaite)


We didn't think you could really taste the cider here, though we liked the dish well enough. I probably needed to cook it a little longer to reduce the liquid but we were in a hurry, as usual. It would also be really nice with a crusty loaf, if you had one floating around...
