Dinner, 12/12/16: Udon, Salmon & Spicy Leaves (itsu cookbook)
Another recipe from the itsu cookbook - this one much better than the last. We adapted it by frying the salmon skin (which you remove before breaking the salmon into pieces) and adding a piece on the top - very cheffy!
