Dinner, 9/12/16: Vegetarian Singapore Noodles (itsu cookbook)

This was ok, but not as good as it looked from the recipe - just a bit boring. A bit too much veg to noodles (there was a lot more veg at the bottom of the pan) and not a huge amount of flavour.
