Dinner, 17/12/16: Carrot and Potato Tart, Mixed Greens


The crust of this tart is made from potatoes rather than pastry, which is tasty, and also excellent if someone is gluten free...

Whenever you post this tart, I drag out the recipe! One thing I like about it is the adaptable nature of the crust: eating alone, I can make a small one with no leftovers as easily as I prepare the larger one for guests.
