Yet another of the many variations on pizza we eat in our house - this one uses a bread crust instead of pizza dough, so it's more filling, but also takes longer to make, so I can't usually do it on a school night - with Sarah home, she was able to set the dough to making earlier, so it was ready for dinner time. Yay! I made two (one used emmental rather than taleggio) so there will be leftovers for lunch tomorrow as well. Also yay!
