notes: this came about because I had celery and courgettes in the fridge which needed using - and one advantage of saving every recipe known to man is that I can always find something to do with whatever ingredients I have around which want using... The celery was absolutely gorgeous, and the sauce worked well with the pork chops and the new potatoes. Definitely a repeat.
