Day 1 of our renovations! Some wallpaper has been stripped back, a door taken off the hinges (we are going to lose the door - we never ever shut it, so we're having it removed & the hinges out, though we'll leave it looking like a doorway.
The "decorative" arch is beginning to go - here's half of it down.
This is what it looked like inside - a bit cheap and cheerful, for sure.
Just think - I might have had this attractive wallpaper in the whole room!
