Dinner, 16/3/14: Salmon, Dill and New Potato Tart


Another Hairy Bikers Recipe from their Perfect Pies book.   This was lovely - two types of salmon (fillet which was cooked in the oven in foil before going in the tart) and smoked - a little bit of salmon goes a long way in this dish.  Rich, but very light at the same time.  Someone has conveniently put the recipe online here...
