You can tell we had nice weather this weekend, as the dinners have gone all salad-y instead of casserole-y... This is a favourite salad - we love the combination of flavours and textures in it.
And this one, we've also had a couple of times - it's a warm salad (though it doesn't have to be), and again, has a really nice combination of both flavour and texture.
And there was some bread, also. A nice summery meal, to go with the weather! Of course, it's not supposed to be quite this warm during the week, so we'll probably go back to more typical-for-this-time-of-year eating.
