Dinner, 7/6/15: Roasted Cauliflower, Chickpeas and Harissa with couscous and spinach


Found this recipe on the internet - not sure how, perhaps it was in on one of the food blogs I sometimes read. Anyway, we all really liked it, and it was very easy, cheap and tasty. I like the suggestion of serving it with spinach, but I also made couscous to have with it and some flatbreads from our local Middle Eastern shop.  If one were looking to feed vegans, one could omit the feta cheese, which was only sprinkled on at the end anyway...
