Dinner, 10/8/14: Leek fritters, sweet potato wedges, corn muffins

The leek fritters are another recipe from Yotam Ottolenghi's book Plenty, as are the wedges (though there wasn't much too them - I didn't make the dipping sauce which went with them in the recipe).
