Another simple pasta dish, somewhat similar to a recent one with breadcrumbs and anchovies, in that it has both breadcrumbs and anchovies in it, but this one has loads of capers in it. This would be an excellent, last minute storecupboard dinner, as we pretty much always have the ingredients on hand (except possibly a lemon)...not that I ever don't plan dinner in advance, but if I did, this would fit the bill!
