Dinner, 16/5/15: Flammekeuche (Alsatian Tarte Flambee)

Basically a very thin crust pizza, with creme fraiche, onions and speck or lardons. I also made a variation with tomatoes & black olives. Nice, thin crispy crust - like a pizza, only not quite.
